Easy car rental through Alamo

つたない英語でも対応よく、スムーズに手続き出来ました。返却も元の位置に戻してカウンターにキーを返却するのみで簡単でした。

When I received the car from BNE airport, I did not received a full tank. As I only noticed after I drove out of the Airport, I took a picture of the fuel gauge and did not drive back. When returning the car, I told the staff at the airport about the issue, and showed them the photo. They verified the time of the photo taken, and agreed that I will not be charged for fuel. In fact, I returned the car with more fuel than I received. The staff even asked me to send the photo to for them to forward to the management. but later in the day I receive a RA stating I will be charged for refueling of 15L. I tried to email Alamo through their website to the BNE office, but there is no confirmation that the email was received, or any respond from them in any way.

The initial car hire was not cheap and additional charges were applied at pickup. The additional mileage charges were more than described or expected.

Like: Arthur in reservations was very professional. When I made enquiries about the airport pick up, he was very professional and courteous. He made the pick up very easy, having my confidence boosted by his directions. Farzai at he airport pick up was another wonderful person, very friendly and professional. These two men are wonderful. My drop off went well, I am now a regular customer with Redspot. My 1.000 deposit was returned to my account promptly. Well done. Great staff.
Dislike: I was unaware of the domestic airport layouts, but Arthur from reservations made my pick up very easy, which in turn, assisted my vehicle return. Please pass on my thanks to Arthur and Farzai. Great employees.
