1. After completing the rental formalities, the wait to pick up the car took 1 hour and 45 minutes, which is too long. 2. The lighting at the pick-up location was very dim, making it difficult to check the car's exterior condition.

Overall good, but there were some complications when picking up the car from the store. Additionally, the vehicle's configuration, condition, and cleanliness were not as good as Oahu. Although they washed the exterior, the interior, especially the dashboard, was covered with volcanic dust, and the steering wheel was greasy. There were even cockroaches. My friend felt something crawling on his leg while driving. It turned out to be a small fuzzy insect, which eventually crawled into the dashboard. (￣∇￣)…

I reserved a Corolla, but no vehicle was available. They asked for an upgrade fee, but after a lot of hassle, they offered a small car that couldn't fit luggage. After refusing it, I waited for 30 minutes and got a Hyundai Elantra that was about 60% new. So, the service is just average.

The staff informed us that they don't even have the Suburban model and gave us a rather old Conqueror. They said if we want to change cars we have to call and check ourselves, and only if there are available cars can we switch. They won't notify us as soon as a car becomes available.

The rental service staff were very friendly and patient. The car we rented was in great condition, very new, and the interior was clean. The rental and return procedures were simple and quick.
