Good experience at a great price

Not a pleasant experience. I was sold insurance on the spot and it was very expensive in California. I had not appreciated just how bad/serious it was to book a car with no insurance. As an international traveler it was even more stressful to find an additional $400 on the spot!!

Easy to use, however implications of not having insurance should be highlighted more to avoid shock and disappointment at the counter….

It would be helpful if you would help us make an informed decision about whether or not to do the prepaid gas versus just filling it up. are Philip was only $17, because it was a hybrid. Had I paid for the pre-fill it would have been way more.

I waited almost a hour to get my car. I was late for my interview in the morning. The service is not good. The condition of the car is not good.

Car had interior stains on seats due to a prior customer using the car at a beach and getting in the car when wet. This was noted at time of pickup and didnt really effect anything but I don't understand why they would keep the vehicle in service without cleaning the seats first.
