The car was dirty, smelly, and scratched all over. This is not what one expects when renting a car. Furthermore, it was the first time that the credit card was required to be in the same name as the driver.

There is a counter in the hall right after exiting Terminal 3. After completing the formalities, they enthusiastically guided us to the parking lot outside the hall to get the car. Very close, no need for shuttle!

“Harder to find, service a bit slower but great experience otherwise.”

Like: Friendly and fair staff. The rented car was clean and drove like new. No issues on pick up or return.
Dislike: It's not easy to find in that that there is no visible Europcar logo on the outside and the building out of which they operate has a number of entrances. It took somewhat longer to pick up of the car even after all paperwork has been done. The price on Easyrentcars wasn't inclusive of VAT.
