Although I ordered a 4 door car, the desk staff upgraded me to a nicer SUV for free when they saw the luggage my group had brought, which was very much appreciated. They answered the phone quickly when I needed to speak to them and the instructions on pick up / drop off were precise.

The Booking was easy to make. The price drop option worked which was nice.

Not enough counter help. Wait too long for transportation to the rental car facility. Gas cap cover broken.

“it was okay, but I would go with another, more known company.”

It was not immediately known that the pickup counter was away from the other airport car pickups which elongated our pickup experience. It was also not known that a 3rd party insurance would be required and costing us more money.
