Saved a lot of money by going just a little out of the way

We’ve rented from Routes before with no issues, but this trip we had several. The office appeared to be busy and understaffed. The women’s restroom was out of order the entire 2 weeks we had the cars. The first car wasn’t clean and the check engine light was on. The window washer fluid was empty and upon refilling, emptied out immediately. We exchanged the vehicle and the new one was clean but had an annoying loud rattle coming from the dash that we couldn’t quiet. Shuttle was quick and easy.

Smooth process, no issues!

Nope, very rude staff,took forever.Try to rip you off and lied to you about existing damage to the car.Will never rent from routes again and tell family and friends, never rent because they are cheaters.

Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

Cheapest prices around. I've used Easyrentcars several times and have not been disappointed.

no. it's an old broken down vehicle that was dirty and full of snow that took forever to get and forever to return. Sucked!
