San Diego is a very simple straightforward experience

Went to rent a car at 7 AM, very few people, no need to queue.

The reception service was very slow because the elderly staff kept chatting with my friend, taking half an hour to complete the process. Upstairs, it took quite some time to find someone for the car keys. Returning the car was much quicker, just a quick scan and we were done. However, I discovered later that an unexplained charge of over $250 had been made!

The staff entered the wrong license plate number three times! Very poor work attitude! Our car didn't have enough space, and when we asked to upgrade, they refused to give us the car we needed! The upgrade price was extremely high! No explanation was given, it felt like a forced sale! Terrible service!

The attitude was okay, and there weren't many people.

Average, I won't visit this store again next time.
