Overall rental experience was satisfactory.

I traveled with four other ladies for a 14-day trip with a lot of luggage. We planned to rent a car in Istanbul, and this was the only rental company offering an automatic transmission for a larger vehicle, so we booked with them. Upon arrival, we waited for almost an hour and called to have someone pick us up and take us to their office. They took us to a dark side street, at least 10 kilometers from the airport, to a dimly lit parking lot with no other staff around. We called the number provided by the platform, and the person on the phone said we should first sign the contract with the driver, and then he would give us the car. After signing, they handed us a manual transmission car with no fuel. We objected, but the person on the phone insisted that we had booked a manual transmission! Our protests were ignored. When I called the rental platform's customer service, they were polite and patient but couldn't resolve the issue, so I won't go into details. Since it was late, we ended up paying someone to drive us to our destination. To keep up with our itinerary, we had two choices: 1. Return the car and book a flight, or 2. Have the rental company promptly replace the car with the one we booked. First, they insisted I had booked a manual transmission car. No way. I called customer service again, and after a long conversation, the rental company said they would replace it but couldn't guarantee a time, which was clearly an obstruction! So, I opted to return the car, but the rental company refused. We had to book flights in a rush and leave the car (which I had refueled) at the hotel for the company to retrieve. The company claimed they couldn't pick it up, but the hotel informed us that the car had been collected that same day. The details I shared are just about 60% of the ordeal; you can imagine our frustration. The rental platform was patient and tried to help but couldn't resolve the issue, mostly just comforting me. Customer service said they had established an after-sales ticket and would resolve the issue when I returned home. I had no choice but to leave it at that. However, 15 days after returning home, the platform has not refunded the prepayment, and the rental company deducted an additional 600 lira. Why the deduction? I refueled the car! This rental company should not be doing business on this platform. I strongly suspect it's a scam!

Service was good and they gave me GPS free of charge . Car was not very clean but it was acceptable. The only negative point that they don't have a counter inside airport. You need to go out to column 20 and wait there for 20 min

Teslim alma ve bırakma süresi 5-10 dk arasında. Manuel araç yerine daha iyisi olan otomatik araç verdiler. Ancak HGS geçiş ücretini normalin 2 katı kestiler. Bunun gerekçesi de her 20 tl için hgs den 4 tl alınmasıymış. Öyle olsa bile yine 2 katı etmiyor.

Staffs were kind and representative however they had a lot of failure modes. They do not have office in Istanbul airport. I was given the car in the middle of the street at pick-up. I was told car insurance in euro but their machine was not capable of getting euro currency so that multiply the value with extremely high constant which was not avaliable anywhere in the market. At the drop off, i was trying to catch my flight and told them to be in the airport on time. They were not. I was told to follow the driver to go out of airport to drop driver’s car and come back to airport with rented car. I didnt accept it and was told if they park their car in the airport they will charge me the parking fee. My experience was awful, extremely terrible
