No waiting in line, the procedure was handled immediately upon arrival.

Out of my whole trip in Türkiye, the rental car company was honestly the best part – super efficient, free upgrade, easy pick-up and drop-off, and no hidden charges at all. If I come back again, I’ll definitely choose Cizgi again.

They gave me the car with almost no fuel, which I’m really not used to, and the check engine light came on while I was driving, which made me super nervous.

Pick-up and return were both really smooth, and there was no hard selling at the counter. The actual car we got was a 9-seater Opel diesel with plenty of power and driver-assist features, so it felt great to drive on the highway. The big downside is that only the driver’s seat is adjustable—none of the other seats can be adjusted at all, which really hurts overall comfort.

Excellent nine-seater Peugeot.

The main reason for my low rating is the car’s condition. All four tires were extremely old and worn down to the tread wear indicators, which is a serious safety concern.

The old guy who runs the place is actually pretty nice.

Pickup and drop-off were smooth. They promoted insurance but didn’t pressure me to buy it. The car provided had some scratches but was in excellent condition. However, the deposit hasn’t been refunded even after 9 days!

The car ran great and was really comfortable to drive, and it was actually our first time driving through rain and snow. This rental company is one we feel we can really trust.
