Very convenient

The staff handling the paperwork during car pickup was very polite. However, her heavily Italian-accented English was quite hard to understand. During car return, the inspector was incredibly polite as well. He checked the car briefly and informed me that everything was okay. The €200 deposit was refunded to my account within 2 hours after the return, which was impressively fast.

The car rental company is excellent. There was a small issue with my documents, but the staff resolved it quickly and efficiently.
