Friendly experience

They gave us a "similar" model. We ended up driving a ford eco sport wich was not spacious at all. Mitsubishi would have been more spacious.

Very bad experience from Fastcars, they want to sell upgraded insurance, when I refused they started to threaten that if any scratch happens they will ask for 2500, they repeated that (philipno lady) Their location needs a taxi from T2 to T 1 i paid 90 dirham both ways. Then upon inspection they refused to note small scratches and they delayed me for around 30 minutes to bring the car. I called them on their dxb branch they don’t answer calls. They are really bad with customers

Car was terrible, scratched all over and stinking of smoke. I heard several other customers complaining in the queue ahead of me. I was able to change car after a day because it was so bad but I had to spend almost 2 hours doing so! The second car was fine but I collected in the dark and failed to check the rear interior properly, when I returned car I was charged for a stain on the back seat although had never used the back seat! 3 months a further unsubstantiated charge was made to my credit card by fast rent a car. DONT just take my word for it read many negative reviews on google.

everything was fine, but I just found out after 1 month of giving them the car and when I went back to my country they made a lot of payment ( randomly ) just to take as much money as they can ( i have proof ) and now I need to deal with the bank because of them, Do not buy from this company they will steal your money after they make sure you go back to your country
