Not bad

Very satisfied. The process was simple and fast.

We got a Nissan 5-seats X-trial instead of the Honda CRV 7seats we ordered. The car seats are full of stains, especially the back row, don't even feel comfortable placing our personal belongings on it. Fortunately, no one needs to seat in the back row. The customer service was better than expected after reading many negative comments about them online. No proper instructions on drop-off point, the staff said to search KLIA airport blok D in google maps but it cannot be located!

Make it at least two staff available at service counter for more convenient.normally waiting time at counter make me NOT HAPPY .

If can need to make sure every counter have available staff to servicing

quick and no-fuss pick-up and drop off for the car. the staff was very straightforward and showed all visible scratches and dents on the vehicle body, demonstrated all functions are working properly, like the signal lights.

price protector was good and saved me $4 extra dollars. easy to use and nice overview on the pricings and vendors available
