The vehicle hadn't been used for a while and was covered in dust and bird droppings. The fuel tank wasn't full; initially, it consumed 18 liters for 180 kilometers, but later it normalized to 18 liters for 300 kilometers.

The car was too old, a Renault Sandero. The tire rims were slightly deformed, but it didn't affect driving. Additionally, the USB port for charging phones had poor connectivity and caused intermittent charging. I had to rely on a power bank to keep my phone's navigation running.

Overall service was satisfactory.

Good experience! The staff were quite casual but accommodating. They mentioned a 5500 AMD charge for not washing the car upon return. After asking around, I found that car washes usually cost 3000-4000 AMD locally, so adding a bit extra for labor seems reasonable. Besides, you can always wash the car yourself. The car was clean at pickup and return, which seemed fair. A special shoutout to the hotel's doorman, who was extremely friendly and helpful. Although not a rental car staff member, he willingly offered assistance.
