After asking around, I found that car washes usually cost 3000-4000 AMD locally, so adding a bit extra for labor seems reasonable. Besides, you can always wash the car yourself. The car was clean at pickup and return, which seemed fair. A special shoutout to the hotel's doorman, who was extremely friendly and helpful. Although not a rental car staff member, he willingly offered assistance.
