They gave me a note saying to refuel with gasoline, but the car was actually a diesel. Luckily, the gas station attendant didn't let me make the mistake. The system crashed when picking up the car, so I waited 2 hours to get the car. When returning it, no staff could be found and I waited almost an hour before someone showed up. Additionally, I was over 4 hours late and they charged me for an entire extra day.

The rental process is straightforward, both for picking up and dropping off the car. The staff is friendly. However, they didn't have the Nissan SUV I reserved and gave me a 5-seater Kia instead.

When picking up the car, their store found a significant discrepancy between the order amount and the booking amount. With the assistance of QEEQ, we managed to pick up the car, but it took us 2 hours.

Overall, it's okay. The car is relatively new, and the pickup and drop-off were relatively smooth.

Like: The car was literally brand new having 13 Kilometers. Car was not clean due to rain while being stored but one of the staff gladly washed it for me.
Dislike: Not a big issue but Garinta’s car pickup and delivery is off site, a very nice shuttle van takes you once you finish the paperwork to pick up your car. You need to tag the location on Google so that you find it easily upon returning the car.
