Terrible service. The person who signed the contract didn't mention anything about adding extra insurance and just added it to the contract. When I went to address it later, they said once the contract is signed, it can't be refunded. Who would read through such a complicated English contract line by line? They added $175 worth of insurance without my knowledge. I thought only in my home country would there be such traps, but apparently, they exist in the U.S. too! Never using Budget again! Also, the car model I got wasn't even on the list of available models. Very dissatisfied!

Poor car rental experience. The counter staff kept pushing unnecessary refueling services, repeatedly asking about options, and the final amount included high service fees. Fortunately, after seeing the bill, the issues were immediately addressed and unnecessary services canceled.

San Jose: The wait was nearly an hour and a half, with about 8-9 people in line. Each person took more than 15 minutes to be served, and only two employees were working. We didn't get a Ford, but a Jeep instead. The staff mentioned they mostly have Jeeps and very few Fords. The car had 30,000 miles on it. Other counters had no lines. Next time, I won't consider Budget.
