They didn't give me a Volvo, instead I got a CX-5 with 120,000 kilometers on it. Clearly, it's not the same level of car, right? I arrived at 9 AM to pick up the car, but the staff only showed up at 9:30 AM. Since another person had just returned their car, they took it for cleaning, and I ended up waiting for over an hour. The staff brought the car directly from the car wash. The car itself wasn't too dirty, but they still charged me 40 GEL for the car wash.

The previous renters had just returned the car, so it was sent for cleaning. We waited more than an hour, and the staff took us directly to the car wash to pick up the vehicle. Quite satisfied, the handover was conducted in person and the vehicle was in good condition.
