Pretty good experience. Picking up and exchanging cars was convenient without too much paperwork.

Domestic cars are truly impressive. I originally rented a basic Kia small car at this level, but when picking up the vehicle, I was surprised to find a mid-size SUV from the Chinese brand Chery. The car was quite spacious and had advanced smart features, including lane change assist, lane keeping, cruise control, a large touchscreen with phone connectivity, power seats, and keyless entry.

The airport staff were not very nice. Previously, when I rented from another company, we checked for scratches on the car together. This time, however, they said it's our responsibility to inspect the car ourselves. Later, the tire blew out, and when I called for assistance, they were very impatient. Both of these employees were not local Caucasians.

The car rental company is right at the parking lot opposite Terminal 3 of Melbourne Airport. Picking up and dropping off the car is very convenient, and the staff are quite friendly. When they learned that we had a child with us, they provided a car seat for free. When returning the car, make sure to mark the parking lot entrance on the map early. Once you drive into the parking lot, the return point is immediately there. The employee just walked around the car once to complete the check, which was very quick.

The experience was great and the service was excellent.
