I had already informed the rental company that I did not need any insurance, yet they forcibly added PAI/PEC. Additionally, they charged two deposits of $200 each, totaling $400, but the rental paperwork only shows a deposit of $200. However, my credit card records indicate two $200 charges. When returning the car, I was told the deposit authorization would be released on the same day, but it's already been two days and it hasn't been lifted yet.
