The wait for the pickup was over an hour. The lines at the service counter were extremely long.

It took a little bit longer to get the car perhaps 60 minutes more than a typical at airport rental. At first it bothered me but when I looked the quality and the low price I would definitely rent with Easirent again.

Staff tried to sell sun pass but didn't disclose the cost until the end, too expensive, still waiting on refund

Waited 45 min for shuttle that never showed up. Spent $30 on Uber to get to car rental location, with no compensation or apologies from staff. Specifically rented a truck and it was not available once we arrived at rental location. We were offered an SUV or minivan, with no compensation on the price even though we spent extra to specifically rent the truck for the week.

The office was filthy!! The pick up driver told us that Easyrent and Easirent were two different companies and we had to talk him into taking us to pick up the car

Staff needs to understand that when checking in a guest they need to stay focused on the guest and not get interrupted from another staff or answer a phone call.
