Had a reservation, but no car was available upon arrival, told to resolve it myself. Extremely irresponsible, I recommend not using QEEQ.

Awful service, they're just a bunch of scammers. Be sure not to get tricked into buying insurance.

The AVIS service staff had a very poor attitude. They wouldn't answer any of our questions and kept telling us to figure it out ourselves. When we asked why they charged us $650, the response was vague, just saying it was according to the order. The entire time, they had an indifferent expression. We had no choice but to pay the extra money. Moreover, we booked an SUV but received a sedan, making it impossible to fit our luggage and leaving us cramped.
