This time, I rented a car from the AVIS location at Boston Airport, and it was the worst car rental experience I've ever had in the U.S. The staff at the location had a very rude and unfriendly attitude, and their customer service was extremely poor. I will never rent a car from the AVIS Boston Airport location again and will also remind my friends to be cautious.

Overall, it's quite convenient. Although I refueled the car before returning it, I was still charged. Be sure to keep your refueling receipts for any future claims.

Limited car options, had to change the model as the booked one was not available; the replacement car had a loose steering wheel and worn-out tires.

Pick-up and drop-off were smooth, but the final charges are yet to be confirmed. Further observation is needed.
