The driver picking me up refused to go to the designated Subway entrance, and I had to call several times to get him to come. It's quite far, over 15 minutes by car. The counter only had one or two staff members, and they were very slow.

1. No physical rental contract. The electronic contract is overly complicated, making it hard to identify any damage to the car. 2. The car return process does not include on-site inspection; they only said they would send an email. 3. The deposit takes three months to be refunded, whereas other rental companies usually process it within three working days. Not recommended.

It took nearly three months to resolve, and the appeal was successful. ⚠️ To avoid disputes, please make sure to take photos with watermarks on the day of return.
