Very satisfied, the car was in excellent condition and almost brand new.

As foreigners, we need to be cautious about hidden charges being pushed on us. Especially if there is a language barrier, they may try to sell extra insurance or services for toll fees. We encountered such upselling and only realized the incorrect charges after seeing the payment amount, requiring us to request a cancellation.

The service was good, but they pushed for vehicle upgrades and additional insurance costs. Didn't feel good about it.

Overall service was good. Initially, they wanted to charge for the second driver, but later said my package included a second driver, so no extra fee was charged.
