The key issue is the online price was over $150, but at the store, the price was over $360, saying I had to pay an additional $200 for insurance. I upgraded to a compact car, Corolla, for a total of $400! Originally, a friend had booked a mid-size car from National, including insurance, for $250 through another channel. I canceled the friend’s booking thinking your price was cheaper. This is truly a rip-off!
