I hope they provide better cars. The service was fine, but the car had very loud noise. Other aspects were okay.

Long waiting line

The location is easy to find, but the vehicle was just average. The deposit was too high, and the return process was too slow!

First time renting a car in the USA, and it was very convenient. After getting off the plane, follow the signs to the rental shuttle pick-up area. Almost all rental company shuttles stop there, and buses from the same company come one after another, so there's always a bus available. The paperwork is simple: provide the pick-up form, swipe your credit card for a deposit, get the pick-up slip, and go to the lot to pick up the car. There is no staff involved, just give the slip with the car number and mileage to the staff at the exit. Returning the car is even simpler; follow the instruction lines to park in the designated lane, a staff member will check the car, take the keys, and give you a receipt, then you are free to go.
