There was only one employee at the counter who prioritized members, so I had to wait for an hour. I booked a RAV4 but got a Ford Edge instead. Despite having already paid through the platform, the store charged me again. It's been over a month and the platform still claims they are negotiating a refund. I don't understand why!

I booked four days on the QEEQAPP and paid in full. Since I arrived three hours early, I had to add one more day, which incurred additional costs at the store. It wasn't worth it! The daily rate for renting five days is cheaper than four. Since I paid in two separate transactions, I missed out on the discount. So, for future rentals, I'll be more precise with my rental duration.
