Just received a charge of CHF 484.92 on my credit card, not sure what it's for. Need detailed information.

Overall service was very satisfactory.

There was no queue when picking up the car, it was just us, but the process was slow because they had to check a lot of information. Returning the car was relatively faster. It's the third day since we returned home, and we haven't received the deposit back yet, which is a bit concerning.

Great service with simple procedures.

Car was exactly as required, just a few extra notes to make with the staff of existing marks/scuffs etc and that was done with no hesitation

Drop off very easy and confirmed at the time no further damage had been incurred and fuel was full
