The overall service was excellent, pick-up was quick, and they only asked about additional insurance once. When I declined, they did not aggressively promote extra coverage.

When arriving at the store, there was nobody available. The staff entered all the data, and an additional 84 AUD was charged for one person driving.

Domestic cars are truly impressive. I originally rented a basic Kia small car at this level, but when picking up the vehicle, I was surprised to find a mid-size SUV from the Chinese brand Chery. The car was quite spacious and had advanced smart features, including lane change assist, lane keeping, cruise control, a large touchscreen with phone connectivity, power seats, and keyless entry.

Europcar has different car classes as advertised on easyrentcar. I booked a RAV4 but Europcar would not give me one for the price. They would only give me a Mitsubishi ASX. Had to pay 2x the advertised price for the correct size and class vehicle. Not happy at all. Get this fixed.

Great booking experience, no fuss.

Like: The staff at pick up is friendly but staff at drop off is not friendly.
Dislike: I was told that cash is accepted at drop off counter, but then when I wanted to make cash payment over drop off counter, the staff told me only credit card is accepted.
