The staff at the airport rental location were extremely rude and kept adding extra charges. They claimed we were late picking up the car, but refused our request to review surveillance footage of the queue time. They even threatened that we wouldn't get the car unless we paid the additional fees. They ignored us completely, took all the documents, and gave an ultimatum: 'Pay these extra charges now to get the car, or leave right now.'
