Routes car rental is a group of people who have absolutely no Interest in customer service

While I didn't have any problems with my rental, there is a definite fly-by-night feeling to the whole experience. Their premises is an unrenovated former Chinese restaurant. I did not get the vehicle that I expected, and I did not see the variety of models that they claimed to offer in their lot. I was also asked about obvious wear and tear as "damage" to the vehicle, which was dropped when I offered to involve American Express.

You have a very comprehensive and convenient app to use, but you need to screen your providers.

Girls on the front desk they need to be polite with clients. Terrible front desk service.

Took atleast 30 mins to get set up at the counter but it was a slow but generally smooth process. Lady behind the counter was nice

Was a little sceptical of Routes Vancouver seeing as they weren't one of the main chains. However I found them extremely organised, the price was incredibly good value, the staff were friendly and the car was great. Would definitely use Routes again when I’m back in BC.

Good platform probably one of the best brokers.

Like: I was surprised what that I paid so little for a good car. Everyone else was 2 times as expensive.
Dislike: Nothing
