Routes car rental is a group of people who have absolutely no Interest in customer service

This was a great rental experience. Wonderful service and a great car.

It was very good. We were 4 people with 4 big luggage and had a great car (Jeep Wrangler) to support us all, at a fair price.

Decent place. They didn't have the vehicle I ordered so we had to go back and forth until we agreed on a vehicle - a Jeep WRangler. Price was really good. Airport pickup vehicle is clearly too small since some people had to wait for 2-3 trips.

Price Drop Protector Worked

All was fantastic EXCEPT the wait time to pick up the car. Waited in line for over an hour, although I had secured my rental and paid for it online. Routes should have a separate line for customers who make online arrangements before hand to avoid the excessive waiting among customers barely contracting....

Simple, easy, convenient and best deal offered.

The pick up van took over 30 minutes, as you will read in many reviews. If you are prepared, it's well worth the wait given their prices. The car I was shown had a windscreen crack and other damage, but they were happy to change it for a newer one straightaway. No other issues, prompt paperwork at return and no surprises.
