I don't speak English, and the rental staff didn't explain things clearly. For example: 1. Charging extra for picking up the car early (I could have waited, I just arrived early). 2. The gas tank wasn't full, and I don't know how they calculate charges. 3. The car I booked wasn't available, and they asked for an extra $100. This should be the rental company’s responsibility, why should I pay more? If a hotel doesn't have the room type I booked, wouldn't they upgrade me for free?

Overly enthusiastic... The pickup time was faster than other car rentals I've experienced before. However, they strongly pushed for additional insurance, even though we had already purchased full coverage.

El coche no estaba muy sucio por dentro, pero no estaba limpio. Había papeles del anterior conductor en la guantera y hasta una mascarilla para covid usada debajo del asiento.

Buen servicio, precio y atención al cliente antes de la reserva. Lo volveré a utilizar.

Like: When dropping car off it was noted we had a lot of luggage so the mileage checker had Mario, his co-worker, take us directly to the airport in our rented car and he handled unloading our bags, vs trucking bags over to their airport shuttle bus. Excellent service and greatly appreciated by us! Thank you Hertz!
Dislike: Getting out of the rental facility to drive to Cleveland area seemed so out of the way, but it could have been our GPS taking us out of our way. Next time will ask them how to get to Cleveland.
