The vehicle was equipped with an automatic toll payment device, similar to ETC, which eliminated payment hassles and greatly enhanced convenience. At the drop-off location, dedicated staff conducted a thorough vehicle inspection and immediately completed a return confirmation, ensuring responsibility was clearly defined for both parties and protecting their rights. Overall, the rental experience was fantastic.

Every time the car starts, it shows a need for professional maintenance service. Additionally, the vehicle does not display the total mileage or the mileage for the current trip.

I initially booked a BMW iX40, but the rental company didn't actually have the car. After some on-site negotiation, I ended up with a diesel Skoda station wagon from the neighboring AVIS location.
