We had to wait almost 2 hours to actually be given a car even though I had booked it well in advance

Excellent

1. There were too few staff members at the pickup location, and the line was extremely long, taking more than an hour to get through. 2. We reserved a car for 9 AM, but when it was finally our turn, they said there were no cars available and told us to wait without indicating how long it would take. We have rented cars through this platform many times and have never encountered such a situation before. 3. The contract we received from the platform stated 'zero payment at the store,' but the car rental company demanded additional fees. Due to language barriers, we had to go back and forth with the platform for a long time to resolve the issue, wasting a lot of time.

Not bad. Renting a car requires waiting in line; staff efficiency is not particularly high (common issue). Returning the car is simple and quick.

The girl who we pick dates car up from was super friendly and helpful. We requested a Mustang and she was able to arrange that but we had to wait a couple of hours because all they had available at that moment was a Camero but we wanted the Mustang
