This time, they emphasized the need for an international driving license and mentioned that it could result in a fine if the police checked and you didn't have one, so it's important to take note for next time. After signing the waiver and acknowledgment form, the process went smoothly. Since I had reserved a Q5, a luxury car, they kindly asked to register my return flight details as well. It seems this requirement for an international driving license and return flight information is related to renting luxury cars; I didn't encounter this in other countries before. Just sharing this as a friendly reminder to others.

The vehicle was in great condition, clean and tidy, equipped with a 360-degree camera, and the return process was very convenient.

Overall, it was quite good. The drop-off process was efficient, with no damage or accidents. They upgraded me from a Peugeot 208 to a Citroën C3 manual diesel. The car had over 80,000 kilometers on it. I had to add AdBlue myself, costing over 16 euros. QEEQ mentioned I could get reimbursed from the rental company, but I threw away the receipt. Sisilybycar doesn't charge extra for cross-country trips, which is great!
