The Europcar branch at Madrid Atocha train station is located on the basement level and is very noticeable. The service is excellent, and the process of signing the rental agreement and picking up the car is simple and efficient. I rent from them every year when I'm abroad.

It's a decent big company. However, this was my first time in Spain, and I noticed there was an extra charge for upgrading to a hybrid vehicle due to emission regulations. But in reality, it wasn't necessary at all.
