The service attitude was excellent. Our English is not very good, but the staff patiently explained and communicated with us! The procedures for picking up and returning the car were very simple.

The car was relatively new and the staff were decent, so overall I was satisfied. However, the return time was originally booked for 8 PM, and there was a 50 yuan charge for returning the car outside of working hours. Due to schedule changes, I returned it before 5 PM. QEEQ had previously stated that early returns would not result in refunds, which I hadn't noticed. But the store clerk wrote 5:05 on the final invoice (when I returned the car, handed over the keys, and was told it was fine since it was close to their closing time; they then sent us to the airport via shuttle bus). Later, I received the invoice via email and saw the recorded time as 5:05. The agreement terms were followed, and I have no objection to sticking to the contract even if the money isn't refunded. However, the way they documented it still feels slightly uncomfortable to me.

Car has some slight damage but otherwise fine. The Yaris is small as I expected but quite adequate for the two of us. The engine is somewhat underpowered for an automatic and the gearbox had to change down a gear quite often. Service very friendly.
