The service was very efficient, but there was no one at the airport when I landed, so it took some time to get to the store to pick up the car.

Overall, it's fine, but they don't speak English.

We rented a car in Guanajuato. We mentioned that we were going to Mexico City, which has driving restrictions. The staff promptly helped us apply for a 'city entry permit,' and our journey was smooth without any issues. The staff member also advised us not to give money if the police asked for it, suggesting we call them instead to handle the situation. Returning the car was quick, and although we didn't wash it, it wasn't really dirty. After returning the car, they even gave us a ride to our terminal.
