This was a 3rd party company and was very hard to find rental place. They even had wrong name onsign

The car was great, the very best price! But, shuttle service at Ft Lauderdale airport To pick up car was nonexistent. No one answered the phone, voicemail not working, and I ended up having to take a taxi to pick up the car from Green Motion. Drop off was much better.

The brakes started grinding and shaking the vehicle on the second day, and they gave us a hard time about giving us a replacement. They didn't seem to understand English very well. On the plus side, the driver drove our new vehicle one hour to our resort to bring it to us. Unfortunately, the new vehicle had a service engine soon light on. They don't seem to maintain their vehicles well. I won't use this company again. Also, they didn't put the correct vehicle on my receipt, and charged me $30 for some reason, which I have disputed with my credit card company.

The lady who answered me, gave me a very poor service. Worried all the time in selling me insurance proposal and toll tag service, she did not bother to pass my credit card manually, causing the transaction to be declined for 3 times, not completing the situation on that date, what forced me to take a uber sercice to the hotel and another one to come back in Green Motion in the day after, generating a loss of US$50.00.

We waited longer to get the car than our flight. We landed at 6:30 and had the car at 10. Ridiculous! Lesson learned- no money saved after all of the add on charges and never rent with a company outside the airport.

Counter times were awful. Very slow moving considering many of your cars are rented around flight schedules. When I got into the car I realize that there was less than half a tank of gas - but couldn't go back due tot already being behind schedule from getting the car. The girl at the counter told me that I had to bring it back filled 7/8 full... So I ended up putting in basically almost a half a tank of gas that I didn't get to use and paid extra for. I brought it to their attention at checkout and nothing was done.

Great job on booking the car. No issues at all with the website.
