Pickup was simple but beware of hidden prices. Ended up paying about $100 extra than planned at the checkout. Cars were in pretty poor condition from their apparent cleaning - wasn't prompted to fill in a damage form and the company offered me little support in advance with Florida toll roads

“Started off terrible finished well”

Pickup process at Las Vegas was terrible. Car I reserved wasn’t available, we were waiting for over an hour to get a car, customer service and communication was next to none. In the end we got a pickup truck that was made available. Whilst the drop off in LA was easy and a breeze.

Online process was very easy and would use again when needed. 10/10

Like: I like how they offered options and I was able to choose a car that was not exactly what I reserved but the equivalent of that intermediate vehicle.
Dislike: I didn’t like being offered an upgrade. If i had the money for a higher end vehicle, then I would have reserved that in the first place.
