Dropping the car off at Toronto airport was just as easy: hand the keys to the staff and you’re done. Overall a really smooth rental experience. The only minor issue was the car key battery dying and needing a replacement, but everything else was great. QEEQ’s customer service was also really helpful. I noticed some differences between the contract and my booking, so I checked with them. They patiently verified everything and confirmed the contract terms did match the order; the rental company just hadn’t listed them clearly. That really put my mind at ease. If you’re renting in Canada, try to choose a company that includes third-party liability coverage—many don’t. Budget is one of the few that does. It’s a bit more expensive, but definitely worth it!
