The airport had clear signs everywhere, the counter process was quick and easy, and the staff were very friendly. They clearly explained where we needed to go to pick up the car.

Super satisfied with the whole experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful the whole time.

Service at this place was really great, and the location is easy to find. As soon as you come out of the international arrivals exit and follow QEEQ’s directions, you get there right away. The staff handling the paperwork are very professional and efficient, no upselling or hidden fees at all. They clearly explain what charges you’ll be responsible for and ask if you’ve already bought insurance for the car. That’s it—no extra hassles.

Had a really great experience renting a car abroad. The staff were super friendly and proactive, no hard selling, no deposit needed. The car’s condition was clearly documented by email during pickup inspection, and the return process was really straightforward.
