Good car and in-country service but call-centre staff in Phillipines requires basic training

Everything was fine and efficient. Only problem is the amount of information you are bombarded with at the hire desk. We made the mistake of paying for fuel in advance instead of filling up ourselves on return of the vehicle. We were told there was a large difference in fuel prices between Alberta and BC, but this was not so.

The platform worked well and provided very competitive car hire rates.

Good service. I did my research, and there were no unexpected charges when picking up the car.

Order Dodge but finally come from Toyota. Without auto door make open and close door not easy for the side and back doors. The cleanliness inside vehicle is not very good.

It was extremely frustrating that your website allowed me to book a pickup truck from a location that doesn’t have pickup trucks. I even called to confirm, and though only a robot answered, it did say my reservation was confirmed. It was a major inconvenience for me. That said, the staff at the location were empathetic, understood the gravity of the situation, and genuinely did the best they could to rectify it.
