Fast service, unfriendly staff

Very excellent, straightforward and convenient.

Best rental I have ever been to.

I didn't like Routes telling me damage to car before I accepted it, ie. dent listed as scratch. When I didn't agree and wanted the exact damages listed, counter staff got snippy. I had to request she acknowledge the damages and give me a copy of the form. This process took approximately 60 minutes.

The drop off was not as streamlined as other companies. Waiting in a long line of people just parking their cars, picking up rentals... workers not very friendly. The hassle of taking 2 shuttles with kids and 8 bags to collect rental vehicle in first place means I’ll prolly just use another company in future.

Like: Good service, good car choices, and excellent price.
Dislike: Pick up from airport took lo ge than usual. Shuttle buses of other car rentals are more frequent
