long waiting time for car pick up

Almost new Vehicle (3800 KM) Pick up was easy and fast. Drop off was great too, had to wait a little for the Airport shuttle due to the high volume of people dropping of Vehicles at the same time. Did not create any issues for us since we had plenty of time to catch our flight home.

Great Booking Platform, Price protection safe us money, nice IOS App, will use this platform again.

Although the vehicle was in great condition and provided our family with loads of space for our family vacation, we would never recommend Routes car rental. We had to wait 45 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up. The person who set us up with our vehicle was less than courteous. The vehicle was not ready when we picked up - despite our flight being delayed by several hours. The inside of the car was not clean - dashboard was full of dust and suntan lotion, windshield was filthy. Lastly, the car was empty and we had to stop to fill it, which resulted in us missing our ferry. Completely disorganized.

Easy Rent a car was a painless way to rent our vehicle. Will use again.

Great customer service, good shuttle service wait a little long on the journey from the airport 45 min. So we got a cab but this was our choice as on a right schedule. Car was in great condition and no complaints. Thank you

Like: Staff was efficient and very courteous. Clean, low cost office and grounds for incredibly low cost of car rental.
Dislike: The limited free mileage of 200 kilometers made me have to keep that in mind the whole trip, so it limited my trip.
