long waiting time for car pick up

The car pickup was slow, only one person was processing, and there was no explanation when we switched cars.

I booked a sedan but got a hatchback. The service was okay, but there were long lines when picking up the car. Just so you know, you don’t have to queue when returning the car. By the way, I ran into a really frustrating issue: I booked a car with this company through Zuzuche in early February and paid the full amount, returning the car on time. But in early May, they charged me $400 without notifying me. Unreal!

They deducted the deposit without informing me.

Everything was ok, the only one major issue we had was we were under the impression that spouses were able to drive as well without an extra charge, and they charged us for that.

Everything with the booking platform was good nice and smooth
