Horrible customer service experience with a nice car

The process was very simple and the pick-up/drop-off location was easy to find. The efficiency for both picking up and returning the car was very high.

In the beginning, the customer service staff kept saying that there was no available booked car and tried to ask me to upgrade. After negotiations for a while, I finally got another car in the same class as what I booked. When I picked up the car, the tire pressures were something wrong. But luckily, the on-site staff helped me to fix it.

Their prices are the cheapest available and that comes with other prices. 30 min long line of people and no cars of the type you book are part of it. Other rentals will offer you free upgrade, budget will charge you for this and give you car you dont want - in my case it was truck. Lady at the counter told me that its not too big and she is driving it her self and it got back camera for parking which is necessity in LA and that mid size SUV is too small for 3 people. When I wanted different, smaller car they offered me mustang (literally the opposite of big car). Apparently I can wait until someone return car I booked and then I can take it. I canceled my booking and went to Dollar which is very well organized. Until today Im waiting for refund from budget.
