Upgraded from Jetta VW to Chrysler 300, with additional USD15 per day. Like the service provided by Carlo upon check in and he recommended an upgrade which I agreed. The car was an pleasure to drive. Unfortunately, left my sunglasses and phone holder when returning the car at SFO rental car park.

The AVIS staff saw the BUDGET queue and proactively assisted in processing orders (they actually belong to the same company). After inquiring if we needed the full tank return service, there was no further upselling. Their attitude was excellent. They provided us with a new KIA SPORTAGE 4WD, which was perfect for our trip to the Sierra Nevada. Thumbs up!
