Smooth booking, pick-up and drop-off process. Great service

Not punctual. They said they would pick us up in ten minutes, but we waited for 45 minutes. The staff had no apology. The car was not refueled when we got it, and they refused to refund the extra fuel we added when returning it, claiming we didn't keep the receipt. Shouldn't they take photos if they refueled before renting it out? Different staff gave conflicting information about the car return. Strange, where did the good reviews come from?

Our flight was delayed, and we arrived at the car rental place very late. They arranged a car to pick us up. We got a diesel Holden, which was excellent.

Car condition really good, my advise to everyone make the video when you receive the car from them and ask them to share the pics with you. They don’t have proper record end of the day they will blame on you.

My experience so far good.

I believe they are one of the most if not the most under rated car rental agency. The staff were friendly and got us going in no time. We were renting for 50days, they went out if their way to make sure we were happy. Significant $$ savings compared to any other agency(atleast 40% cheaper than their nearest competitor ).

予約の方法は簡単でした。予約確定後に予約変更が出来ればもっと良いと思います。変更の場合は一旦キャンセルしなければならなかったのが少し面倒でしたが、満足できました。
