Book, collect, return....simple as

I always use Alamo's self-service kiosk, so not having to deal with the counter is the best experience for me.

Free upgrade, multiple models to choose from, enthusiastic service, simple procedures.

The Alamo sales representative insisted that we buy additional personal liability insurance, saying that our package did not include it. We went back and forth for over an hour. Later, we carefully looked at the car rental receipt and saw that it did include the additional insurance (though only the state's minimum coverage). We discussed this with the manager on duty and had them sign. Surprisingly, they then said, 'You can choose to buy this insurance if you want.' In conclusion: we were initially misled into buying it, but then we got a refund. It was a very unpleasant experience.

営業所に着いてから15分ほど待ちました。 タッチパネルでの受付機が4台ほどありましたが誰も使ってませんでした。 予約していたらマシンでもスムーズに出来そうなので次回からは機械でしたいと思います。（日本語対応なので） カウンターはアップグレードや保険やガソリン買い取り式やナビなどひと通りセールスはありましたが断ればそれ以上強く勧めて来ることも無いです。一応言えと会社の方針で言われているのでしょう。 なので返却時の確認スタッフに渡されたレシートには余分の請求は＄０．００になってました。 予約時に表示されている金額のみの請求でした。
