Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

Cheapest prices around. I've used Easyrentcars several times and have not been disappointed.

Either their phones were malfunctioning or staff weren't answering, but I waited 45 minutes to be picked up at the airport. Not a good start. Once at their site, things were ok. Car fine. Staff maybe assumed I knew the "ropes" more than I did. I had to ask questions. It all worked. Price was amazing.

No problems booking. I was a bit confused how Easyrentcars and the actual rental company were connected.

The customer service was awful. They were cheaper than competitors, but you get what you pay for and I find that disturbing.

Good third party firm. The business model is effective, but the firms benefiting from the outfit must comply to higher quality standards.
